If you order a DNA testing kit, it is mailed out the same day we receive your request. If you call, we are there to answer—you will not get a recording. If we say that you will have your paternity test results in 5 working days, we mean 5 working days. We do not make any claims we cannot uphold. You can even call us after you receive your results if you have any questions about reading the report.
