To begin your test, please call 1-800-DNA-1840, or complete our online order form. We will send you a collection kit via courier, so you can track the shipment and know exactly when it will arrive. For a deposit of only $20, you can still receive the collection kit via courier. This deposit will then be subtracted from the full payment.
