Private Paternity Testing Services

A private paternity test is both convenient and confidential, and you are able to collect the samples in the privacy of your own home (in-home collection), at a time that works best for you. We will provide you an easy-to-use DNA collection kit that contains everything you need to collect DNA samples, including simple instructions and a pre-paid return envelope to send samples back to our laboratory. The cost of the kit is included in the $165 testing fee.

Our private paternity test features:

$165 Comprehensive Fee- This fee includes the sample collection kit, shipping of samples back to the lab, DNA testing and analysis for 1 child and 1 alleged father (with or without the mother), and first-class postage for delivery of the results. We can also send results via email free of charge.

Rapid and Confidential Results- The latest equipment and our efficient laboratory procedures allow us to give you accurate results faster than any other paternity testing laboratory. A standard test takes five (5) working days to complete after we receive all of the samples in our laboratory (express testing services are also available). Our skilled staff is knowledgeable about the DNA testing process, and they are also experienced in managing sensitive situations, maintaining the confidentiality of every case.

Additional Tested Individual(s)- Though most cases are trios (mother, child, and alleged father), Prophase Genetics can test other situations, such as when you need more than one child or alleged father tested. We can add them to the test for a reduced fee of $105 per additional individual tested. This will save you $60 compared to taking a separate, later test. Please note that in order to take advantage of this offer, the additional tested party or parties must be tested at the same time as the others.

Private paternity test results are solely for your knowledge and are not admissible in court. If you need a paternity test to provide evidence in child support and other benefit claims, you should choose legal paternity testing. Please contact one of our client service representatives at 1-800-DNA-1840 for more information about our legal testing options.

Note to New York residents: In agreement with the New York State Department of Health regulations, we cannot provide home-collected private DNA testing services to residents of New York. Please call us at 1-800-DNA-1840 for other testing options.
